Cab fare to Condo del Mar at Colibri Condominiums in Bucerias is approximately $20.00 - $35.00 US, from the airport or downtown.  Always negotiate the cost of the cab up front as there are no meters.  Let the taxi stand at the airport know that you want to go to Bucerias.

To take the bus to Condo del Mar from the airport, cross the bridge (walkway over the road)  and wait at the bottom of the stairs for the Compostela bus.  The bus will stop for you.  Take a bus that has "Bucerias", "La Cruz" or "Punta Mita" written across the front windshield.

If you are driving, there is a new 4 lane highway all the way past Bucerias.  From the Airport, follow the signs to Highway 200 or Compostella to Tepic.  You will drive about 15 kms (12 miles) or 15 minutes to Condo del Mar in the Colibri Condominiums building.  Complete directions will be provided with your arrival documents, once your final payment has been received.

Please note:  The map is not quite correct as it shows "Mezzogiorno Restaurant" as being on the grounds of the Colibri Condomininums property, when in fact, this upscale Italian restaurant is actually located next door to the building, directly on the beach.

The Colibri Condominiums building is the property with four (staggered) red tiled roofs (with secure parking area behind the building) and the dark blue "piano" shaped pool right at the ocean's edge.  Condo del Mar is #401 in the building (with an elevator) and is located on the northern most section of the building (red tiled roofs) and is next door to the landscaped beach access, marked as "La Puntilla" on the satellite map.

The driving time between Punta de Mita, the most westerly point on the Bay (north coast) and Mismaloya, just past Los Arcos (south Zone Vallarta), is approximately 90 minutes, depending on traffic.

Banderas Bay (Bay of Flags) is a horseshoe-shaped bay theorized to have been formed by an ancient volcanic crater.  Banderas Bay measures nearly 20 miles across with over 40 miles of coastline and is considered one of the deepest bays in the world with depths of up to two miles.  With its deep, calm waters, Banderas Bay offers some of the best sport fishing in the world. Humpback whales, dolphins, sea turtles and giant manta ray are also inhabitants.
