TO RESERVE:

A 50% deposit is required to secure the condo within 7 days of booking, with the balance due 45 days prior to your rental check-in date. (Final balance due 90 days prior to arrival for Christmas, New Years bookings.)

We accept cashier's cheques, money orders, bank drafts or direct bank deposit (if you are in Canada) for the initial deposit. The final payment must be made by cashier's cheque, money order, bank draft, direct bank deposit (if you are in Canada) or bank wire transfer--please inquiry about details. We're sorry, credit cards are not accepted at this time.

A refundable damage deposit of $250.00 US is payable with your final payment. The damage deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure, after inspection of the condo for damage or breakage of items.

The occupancy of the condo is limited to the persons indicated on your confirmation. Exceeding this limit is a direct violation of our rental agreement and a penalty of $100.00 US per extra person per night will be levied and you could be asked to vacate the premises.

All rates are subject to change without notice, but your booking will be honoured at the quoted rate once the initial deposit has been received.

CHECK-IN time is 3:00 P.M.

CHECK-OUT time is 11:00 A.M.

PLEASE NOTE: As Condo del Mar is a non-smoking home, we invite to you smoke outside or on the patio only, please. We are sorry, but pets are not allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We recommend trip cancellation insurance. Please click on Insure my Trip.com for information. We hope you don't have to cancel, but if it happens:

	During any cancellation, a $250.00 non-refundable fee will be charged in addition to:
	From time of booking to 151 days prior to arrival, money received is 90% refundable
	150 to 90 days prior to arrival, money received is 80% refundable
	45 to 89 days prior to arrival, money received is 40% refundable
	44 or less days prior to arrival total amount paid is non-refundable (89 days for Christmas/New Year bookings)
	In all cases, if the property can be rebooked for the exact same dates and at the same rate you will receive a full refund, less the non-refundable cancellation fee
	Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and a confirmation of receipt will be issued
